This years Forty Under 40 award was a well deserved achievement for John Zinati. Having founded his Ottawa commercial brokerage Zinati Realty in 2016 and becoming a recipient of not only this award but multiple others in the previous years has put John in a position up there with Ottawa’s best commercial real estate brokers.

Turning portfolios of vacant properties to fully leased in short periods of time is one of the biggest factors of Johns success. As a top leasing brokerage in Ottawa, this award comes as no surprise.

Building a career in Ottawa’s commercial real estate industry is difficult when lacking connections and reputation, but with gaining the right knowledge and building the right network John Zinati was able to quickly climb up the ladder in the industry making him a well known commercial realtor in Ottawa.
