Broker of Record
John founded Zinati Realty in July 2016 with a clear mission: to establish a brokerage focused on addressing the unique needs of local landlords and investors often underserved in our community. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate, John is dedicated to helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Guided by principles of teamwork, expertise, and transparent client relationships, John leads our team at Zinati Realty in delivering innovative solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Tanya Wolfgram
Leasing & Sales Representative
Tanya has flourished at Zinati Realty for 6 years, renowned for her personable yet professional approach that forges strong client bonds. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures success in every facet of leasing and sales. Prior to Zinati, Tanya excelled as an account manager at the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group, collaborating with top-tier teams such as the Ottawa Redblacks, Ottawa Fury, and Ottawa 67’s. Fully bilingual, she provides exemplary service in both official languages.

Kylene has immersed herself in commercial real estate for 2 years, leveraging over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Having grown up abroad, she brings a deep understanding of diverse cultures, enabling strong connections with her clients. Melissa has been an integral part of Zinati Realty for 5 years, starting as our office coordinator and advancing to the role of leasing coordinator. Her unwavering loyalty and exceptional organizational skills are crucial in efficiently managing the workload, schedules, and transactions for our team of 3 brokers. Melissa's proactive approach and strong work ethic continuously propel her growth within the company, where she eagerly pursues opportunities to expand her responsibilities and contribute further to our business success.

Administrative Coordinator
Candice joined Zinati Realty in September 2023 as our administrative coordinator, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate management. Her background includes rigorous training from the Algonquin College Office Administration program, making her a valuable asset. Candice excels in delivering exceptional customer service and strategically expanding our commercial property management services.

Anna started as our Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist in April of 2023. She brings with her years of dedication and training in various art forms and years of digital marketing and social media experience. Having been trained in music, photography, videography, animation, and graphic design, Anna uses her creative eye and strategic thinking to visualize unique marketing strategies for marketing our properties and Zinati Realty as a brokerage.
