JOHN ZINATI
PRESIDENT AND CEO,
BROKER OF RECORD
John founded Zinati Realty in July 2016 with a clear vision: to create a brokerage dedicated to serving the unique needs of local landlords, investors, and business owners. Today, his collaborative, personalized approach, deep expertise, and commitment to leading with integrity continue to set the brokerage apart. With more than 25 years of hands-on commercial real estate experience, John has developed extensive expertise in investment properties, leasing, sales, and strategic real estate advisory. Under his leadership, the brokerage has earned a reputation for building lasting client relationships, providing innovative strategies, and delivering results-driven solutions that maximize clients’ real estate investments.
LORI LEJEUNE
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Lori has been an integral member of the Zinati team since 2018, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across both the private and non-profit sectors. Throughout her career, Lori has held senior financial positions, including CFO for an Ottawa-based charity, Director of Finance and Administration for a public relations firm, Director of Finance and Administration for a commercial real estate company, and Director of Finance for an international non-profit organization. As CFO at Zinati, she oversees the company's financial management and serves as the primary liaison with external auditors, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), corporate banking partners, and legal counsel.
TANYA WOLFGRAM
VP OF OPERATIONS AND SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
For nearly a decade, Tanya has delivered exceptional service as a dedicated member of the Zinati Realty team, earning a reputation for her professionalism and attention to detail. Known for her approachable personality and client-focused mindset, Tanya builds lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers by providing knowledgeable guidance and personalized service at every stage of the real estate process. Before joining Zinati Realty, Tanya built a successful career as an Account Manager with the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group, working alongside premier organizations including the Ottawa REDBLACKS, Ottawa Fury FC, and the Ottawa 67's.
ALAIN BOLDUC
DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
With over 30 years of experience in property management, Al's journey in real estate began in 1994 as an electrician for a well-known local landlord. In 2006, he joined the senior management team, first as a Regional Manager and later as Director of Operations. After an accomplished career, Al retired — only to be sought after as Vice President to spearhead the development of a new property management division. Now as Director of Property Management at Zinati, Al is committed to fostering customer service excellence. He believes in empowering employees to enhance the client experience, ensuring exceptional service at every level.
MELISSA GABOURY
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION AND DEAL COORDINATOR
Melissa has been a valued member of Zinati Realty for eight years, growing alongside the company from Office Administrator to Executive Administrator and Deal Coordinator. She plays a vital role in managing the team's transactions, schedules, and day-to-day operations, ensuring every detail is handled efficiently and seamlessly. Her proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to anticipate the needs of both the team and clients have made her a trusted resource within the organization. Dedicated to continuous growth, Melissa is always looking for new opportunities to expand her expertise and take on additional responsibilities.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND BROKERAGE ADMINISTRATOR
Candice is a seasoned administrative professional with over 15 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service and seamless administrative support in the commercial real estate industry. With over a decade as a Commercial Property Administrator servicing a portfolio of over five hundred thousand square feet, her background provides a depth of knowledge essential to supporting high-performing property portfolios. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and genuine passion for helping others, her approach is grounded in authenticity and compassion — fostering meaningful connections where collaboration and trust thrive.
PRIYANKA SHARMA
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
Priyanka joins Zinati Realty with over seven years of experience in commercial and residential property management. As Commercial Property Administrator, she supports the firm's commercial portfolio through lease administration, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, tenant relations, and vendor coordination. Known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, Priyanka is committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring efficient day-to-day property operations. Her proactive approach and dedication make her a trusted resource for clients, tenants, and colleagues alike.
JAKOB BURKE
TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Jakob has over a decade of business operations management experience, with the most recent five years in the real estate industry. Graduating from Western University, he received extensive training in administrative and organizational sciences, contract development and procurement, and project management. Having started out in business development, he loves assisting clients in reaching their growth goals and identifying unique opportunities.
