John has always had a passion for real estate and working with people. His real estate career started at the age of 25 in property management, giving him an in-depth understanding of the commercial real estate market. This understanding of properties from both an owner and user perspective has contributed to his success as a commercial real estate agent. 

After spending some years working as an agent for different brokerages, John took the brave step of starting his own brokerage. He wanted to start a company that represented local landlords and investors, as he felt this niche was under-serviced in Ottawa. 

Since the inception of Zinati Realty seven years ago, John has worked to lead his team with the principles of teamwork, expertise, relationships, and transparency as the guiding principles for the team. He challenged himself to recruit like-minded individuals and maintain a collaborative company culture while it continues to grow. He uses his confidence, drive, determination, and ability to relate to people to allow Zinati Realty to thrive.
