Our Team
John Zinati
Broker of Record
John founded Zinati Realty in July 2016, with the vision of starting a brokerage that represented the under-serviced niche of local landlords and investors. Having worked in real estate for over 20 years, John brings his experience and expertise to clients and helps them turn their commercial real estate goals into reality. John leads the team on the foundations of teamwork, expertise, relationships, and transparency to bring creative and innovative solutions to his clients.
Tanya Wolfgram
Leasing & Sales Representative
Having worked with the Zinati Realty team for almost 6 years, Tanya brings a positive and energetic attitude that makes her easy to connect with. Her success is driven by her conscientiousness throughout every step of the leasing and sales process. Previously, Tanya worked with the Ottawa Sports & Entertainment Group in their sales team as an account manager for the Ottawa Redblacks, the Ottawa Fury, and the Ottawa 67’s. Tanya is fluently bilingual in both official languages
Kylene Gillies
Leasing & Sales Representative
Kylene has been working in real estate since February of 2022, bringing 15+ years of experience working in the restaurant industry. Her extensive background encompasses training in all restaurant positions, involvement in new store openings, and expertise in planning, efficiencies, ordering, setup, and training. Leveraging this diverse skill set, she effectively engages with retail clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs. This allows Kylene to provide targeted advice to help foster client’s success.
Melissa Gaboury
Leasing Coordinator
Melissa has been a core part of Zinati Realty for the past 5 years, with her role growing from our office coordinator to our leasing coordinator. Her loyalty and dependability to the team are unmatched and she uses her exceptional organizational skills to manage the workload, schedules, and transactions of our 3 brokers. Her role continues to grow as her strong work ethic gives her a desire to learn more and take on more responsibility for the business.
Candice Okolie
Administrative Coordinator
Candice joined the Zinati Team in September of 2023 as our administrative coordinator. Her extensive background in property management and training in the Algonquin College Office Administration program have proven to be major assets. She works diligently to provide high-quality customer service while helping us grow the property management side of the business.
Anna Wolfe
Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist
Anna started as our Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist in April of 2023. She brings with her years of dedication and training in various art forms and years of digital marketing and social media experience. Having been trained in music, photography, videography, animation, and graphic design, Anna uses her creative eye and strategic thinking to visualize unique marketing strategies for marketing our properties and Zinati Realty as a brokerage.
